If you have not heard of Anthony Brown, then soon you will certainly hear of one of the rising stars of the US Democratic Party. Born to a Jamaican father and Swiss mother, Anthony Brown is the current Lt Governor of Maryland. He is also an Army veteran having served in Irag in 2005.
