A very nice layout with the main content nicely placed. This site draws heavily on the "eye-candy" factor, a strong requirement for websites in this category. It does this fine, though the layout on the sections could be laid out better.
Content:
The highlight of the site is the video section. Some popular categories in are (1) Hot Ten and (2) Interviews. Given the number of online video sharing website, JamDown TV has done quite well to create unique different experience for users.
