TripAdvisor names Royal Plantation world's 'best

Saturday, January 19, 2008

ROYAL Plantation Ocho Rios, Jamaica was named as the 'Best All-inclusive Resort in the World' as part of TripAdvisor.com's Sixth Annual Traveller's Choice Awards.
TripAdvisor represents the world's largest travel community and its awards are based on millions of unbiased and honest traveller reviews.

This year marks the first year for the new category of Best All-inclusive Resort, and being given the distinction by an international group of experienced travellers, Royal Plantation truly creates the gold standard for other such resorts worldwide.

With a "royal plan" that allows guests to enjoy an all-inclusive experience, Royal Plantation sets itself apart with warm, exacting service, authentic Jamaican character and a one-of-a-kind feeling of island luxe, according to managing director, Jaime Stewart.

"To win Best All-inclusive Resort' is a wonderful honour, and to have been given this award by the TripAdvisor community of real and honest travellers is particularly special," she said.

"Our guests are first and foremost, so to have been recognised by them is a true testament to the hard work and service put forth by everyone on the staff every single day," she added.
